I'm looking to get $525 out of the Fastlane (MSRP is $590, which is what I
charge my local clients, including instalation, and mail order houses I've
called want $550) being that it has been used in a demo machine, and was
never sold retail, all warranty, etc. is still intact, and will begin
from the time it is sold.

You're the second person to ask about the '040.  Hopefully next week,
I'll have time to swap '040s with another A3640 board to check it out.  At
this point I don't know if it's the chip or the board.
